| 1.Take the supervise job guide the yard's work. |
| 2.Prepare all the hatch cover spares in advanced to avoid any dealy of the maintenance schedule. |
| 3.Hatch hard open and closed. Wheel lifter is shaking serious when the hatch roller moving on it which lead to wheel lifter is not at the same flat with |
| the track way and the hatch cover can not open .Usually the crew used the chainblock to open the hatch cover . Solutions : Take it to our whopshop |
| recondition the top and groove of the wheel lifter ,Renew the guider steelPlate. Opreation test the hatch cover and all the above problem sloved. |
