| Rotot shaft and turbo blade &compress wheel worn out ,seal bush aged. Some turbo blade found deformation and crack the technician weilding the new |
| blades at workshop. Recondition the rotor shaft and dynamic balance test in workshop ,at last send all the spares to assemble onboard. |
